1. Ingredients
a.
Sticky
Rice 3 Cups
b.
Well
ripe banana 6 appr
c.
Grated
coconut 1bowl
d.
Salt 1/4tsp
For covering
and streaming
-
Banana
leaves
-
Strings
from Banana fiber
-
streamer
2. How to cook
a.
Soak
sticky rice overnight, then in the morning filter water away and put the rice
in the sieve to drain extra water.
b.
The
sticky rice don’t need to fully dry and put the grated coconut mix together.
c.
Take
the cut bananas and mix it with salt.
d.
Place
a small portion of rice and spread vertically banana leaf and make space in the
middle then place banana piece on it.
e.
Folding
the rice cake in banana leaf and bend the leaf to close one side by press the
rice and banana tighter inside but without collapsing the shape.
f.
Use
the string tight from the top of cake until the bottom.
g.
Fill
the steamer with enough water and place the streaming bowl then close the lid
of streamer and steam around 20 mins.
